1. General provisions
This website is intended to provide information about apartment offers and to enable inquiries and reservations.
By using the website, the user confirms that they will use it in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and these terms.
2. Use of the website
- it is prohibited to attempt unauthorized access to website systems
- it is prohibited to enter false information in forms
- it is prohibited to use the website in a way that may cause technical issues
3. Reservations
Reservations can be made via the web form, email, or phone.
Submitting a reservation request does not automatically confirm a booking.
A reservation is confirmed only after official confirmation from the apartment owner.
4. Payment and deposit
A deposit may be required to confirm a reservation.
The remaining amount is paid according to agreement with the apartment owner.
If the website allows online payments, transactions are processed via secure third-party
payment providers (e.g. Stripe).
The website does not store credit card details.
5. Prices
All prices on the website are for informational purposes and may change without prior notice.
The final price is confirmed in the booking confirmation.
6. Cancellation policy
- cancellation more than 14 days before arrival – no fee
- cancellation 14 days or less before arrival – deposit is retained
- no-show – deposit is retained
7. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: from 14:00
- Check-out: until 10:00
8. Maximum number of guests
The apartment may be used only by persons listed in the reservation.
Exceeding the allowed number of guests is not permitted without approval from the owner.
9. House rules
- noise is prohibited between 22:00 and 07:00
- parties and gatherings are not allowed without approval
- guests must keep the apartment clean
10. Smoking and pets
Smoking and pets are allowed only if explicitly stated or agreed in advance.
11. Liability for damage
The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.
In case of damage, the guest must cover repair or replacement costs.
12. Tourist tax
The tourist tax is included in the price unless stated otherwise.
13. Guest registration
In accordance with Croatian law, all guests must be registered in the eVisitor system.
Guests are required to provide personal data upon arrival.
14. Intellectual property
All website content (texts, photos, graphics, and design)
is protected by copyright and may not be used without permission.
15. Limitation of liability
The website owner is not responsible for technical issues, temporary unavailability,
or possible inaccuracies of information.
16. Force majeure
The apartment owner is not responsible for inability to provide services
in cases of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, epidemics, war, power outages).
17. External links
The website may contain links to third-party websites (e.g. Google Maps, WhatsApp).
We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
18. Data protection
The processing of personal data is regulated by the Privacy Policy available on this website.
19. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
